2. Virtual Host & AI Nature
Emily is an AI-generated virtual host and personality created for storytelling, community connection, and entertainment. Content featuring Emily is developed, produced, and managed under the editorial direction of Tomas Soto Marketing & Consulting Group Inc.
3. Business Features & Promotional Services
Emily Approved offers creative production services including promotional videos and local business features. Specific packages, deliverables, and pricing are discussed privately with each business and may change over time. Paid advertising spend is not included in any production package unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Submissions & Recommendations
Recommending an establishment or submitting a community nomination does not guarantee publication, filming, or endorsement. We reserve full editorial discretion over which businesses are featured.
5. Operating Entity
